• Email Address: For account creation, verification, and receipts
• Password: Stored as an encrypted hash (we cannot see your password)
• Gamer Tag: Your display name in the Game
• Payment Information: Cryptocurrency wallet addresses and amounts (no credit card data)

Automatically Collected:

• Game statistics (wins, losses, games played)
• Game settings (dark mode, MAX mode, crypto mode)
• Device information (browser, OS, screen size)
• IP address (for security)

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and manage the Game
• Process payments and send receipts
• Track your game progress and statistics
• Improve game features and fix bugs
• Prevent cheating and fraud

We DO NOT sell your information.

Terms of Service

By using Bit Tanks, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make purchases.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for protecting your account credentials
• One account per person
• Provide accurate information during registration
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized account access

3. Game Credits & Purchases

Free Games:

• New users: 3 free games upon email verification
• Referrals: 5 free games when referred friend signs up
• Free games are non-transferable and have no cash value

Purchased Games:

• All purchases are final and non-refundable (except where required by law)
• Purchased games do not expire
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts
• Prices displayed in USD, paid in cryptocurrency

4. Cryptocurrency Payments

• Payments processed on blockchain networks (outside our control)
• We are not responsible for blockchain delays
• Send only to the provided wallet address
• Incorrect addresses may result in permanent loss of funds
• Exchange rates locked at time of payment

5. User Conduct - You May NOT:

• Use cheats, hacks, bots, or automated tools
• Exploit bugs or glitches
• Create multiple accounts to bypass limits
• Use offensive or harassing gamer tags
• Interfere with game servers
• Reverse engineer or extract source code

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraud or cheating
• Harass other users
• Create multiple accounts

7. Intellectual Property

All game content (graphics, code, audio, mechanics) is owned by Satoshi Advance and protected by copyright law. You receive a limited license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES.

We are NOT liable for:

• Loss of game credits or data
• Bugs, glitches, or technical errors
• Cryptocurrency payment issues
• Unauthorized account access
• Service interruptions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 30 days, or $100 USD, whichever is less.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: State of New York, United States
• Arbitration: Disputes resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY
• You waive your right to class action lawsuits

10. Changes to Terms & Privacy

We may update these Terms or Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-game notice.
